In a push to drum up business for local restaurants during 2020, the Bentonville Visitors Bureau created Bentonville Restaurant Week. One week every month a roster of participating restaurants would run specials with promotional support from Visit Bentonville. As a major bike city, they wanted to mesh the ideas of cycling and eating; we created a bike with a spoon seat stay and a fork…as the fork.
